"This company came in and rescued my 40ft x 24ft fenced in concrete dog lot from someone who did an extremely poor job. The person who originally poured the concrete worked it in a manner that all the water was runner under my house. That person also did not create a satisfactory way to drain it for proper cleaning. Additionally, the concrete was so rough my dogs hated playing outside on it. Payne installed a very nice French drain, grinded and smoothed the horrible rough areas, created pressure joints and then sealed it with non toxic sealer. My pups are much happier now and so am I. Tony and Mike were very professional and wonderful to work with, answering all my questions and concerns, arriving when scheduled, and finishing in a timely manner.
